Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, reconstituted compounds, and temperature-sensitive items that have been removed from cold storage cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact [email protected] or call (323) 982-3487 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
